It depends on the size of the block, how long the grass is and how often you book. We come out and quote on site for free, and the price is written down before we start, so the invoice matches the quote.

No. Weekly, fortnightly, monthly or one-off — you can change the schedule, pause it over winter or stop entirely with no notice period and no cancellation fee.
Yes. Clippings, prunings and gutter debris go on the trailer and leave with us. Your green bin stays empty and nothing gets left on the nature strip.
No. Single-storey homes only. Double-storey gutter work needs roof-access equipment and a height-safety setup we do not carry, so we would rather say no than do it badly.
It depends on the size of the driveway and what is on it. Oil stains, or years of moss on a shaded surface, take longer than a general clean. We quote for free after seeing the surface, and the price is fixed in writing before we start.
No. We do garden maintenance (lawn care, pruning and hedging, garden beds, clean-ups, planting and irrigation repairs), pressure washing and gutter cleaning. Landscape design, paving and tree removal are outside what we do. If you need one of those, we will tell you on the spot.
Yes. Public liability cover is in place. ABN 87 823 119 154. Happy to send the certificate of currency through before we start if you want it on file.
Usually within the week for a one-off, and often sooner for a straightforward mow. Free quotes are generally booked within a day or two. We work Monday to Saturday, 7am to 5pm.
Not for mowing or pressure washing, as long as we have side access and the gate is unlocked. For the first visit and for gutter work it helps to have someone there so we can walk the job together.
